UK Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 48 Tracked
Orders over £50.00 get free delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders under £50.00 are charged £5.

Orders for multiple or heavy items that increase a package above a reasonable weight may have an additional charge. We will contact you for payment before shipping your package.

When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail track and trace website.

All orders placed before midday on Mon-Fri will ship the same day.

Orders placed after midday on Fri will be processed with orders on Monday.

We offer international delivery to the Channel Islands at the same rate as UK deliveries.

We offer international delivery from our warehouse in Spain to the UK for a flat rate of £16. Delivery is usually within 4-10 business days.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Please open your items with care as returned items must be unworn, unused, with undamaged packaging, and be returned to us in a resalable condition.
Please try on any lingerie items over existing underwear.

Returns
If you would like to return an item, please notify us by email at hello@lovebunny.uk as soon as possible after purchase, and we will arrange for collection. The item should be in a resalable condition. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the items are returned to us and we have checked their condition.
Damaged or faulty
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us on the day of delivery. If an item develops a fault, please let us know as soon as possible. Please provide proof of the fault or damage, preferably with a photo or video. Your statutory rights apply to any faulty items. We will arrange for collection and an exchange or refund.
